Refunds and Returns Policy

At Sable Black, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines your rights and obligations as per the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (CPA).
1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: If your product is found to be defective or not suitable for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong product, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Cooling-Off Period: If your purchase was made online, you may cancel the transaction and return the item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (aligned with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act).
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Wig glue and wig glue removers cannot be returned if opened or used due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a proven defect.
3. Process for Returns and Refunds
- Notify us within 48 hours of identifying an issue with your purchase by emailing info@sableblack.com.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item and inspecting it for compliance with this policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the return has been inspected and approved.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Exclusions
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations will not qualify for refunds or returns.
- No refunds will be processed after 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stipulated by the CPA
Pre-Order Refund and Cancellation Policy
By placing a pre-order with Sable Black, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable Payments:
- All pre-order payments are non-refundable once the pre-order is confirmed. This policy ensures that we can secure stock and allocate resources for fulfilling your order.

Order Cancellations:
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
- In exceptional cases, cancellations may be considered at Sable Black’s sole discretion, subject to a reasonable cancellation fee to cover costs incurred.

Delivery Timelines:
- While we make every effort to deliver pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for delays, provided Sable Black fulfills its obligation to deliver the product.
